Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
- Heat exchangers can be designed and manufactured in all [b][cb]TEMA[/cb][/b] configurations, from single pass to multi-pass, [b]' U '[/b] tube configurations and with or without removable bundles. Designs meets all the requirements of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, as well as specialty units for thermal expansion, pressure drop, nozzle, and piping loads, tube vibration, and lethal service applications. Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers are designed and fabricated to meet the requirements of following Standards : [l]ASME Code, Section VIII, Division 1 and 2[/l] [l]TEMA Class B, C and R standards[/l] [l]API 660[/l]
Air Coolers
- Our Air coolers are suitable for using in petroleum refinery, oil and gas production and process industries as Process Coolers, Compressor Inter / After Cooler, Steam Condensers and etceteras. The air-cooled heat exchanger is designed and manufactured in multiple configurations including a forced draft or induced draft. Pressure Vessels & Towers
- [cb][b]F.S.K[/b][/cb] designs and builds pressure vessels conforming to code and non-code requirements with all graded material. With the experience of our engineers, the company has the capabilities to design and fabricate vessels and towers for internal and external pressure and temperature, vacuum service, seismic, wind and piping loads, as well as vertical and horizontal design. All calculation is code based but Finite element analysis can be performed when required [b]Our pressure vessels designs submit following codes :[/b] [l]ASME Code, Section VIII, Division 1 and 2[/l] [l]BS 5500[/l]
Convection Coil
- Having a wide experience in manufacturing, F.S.K. started design and manufacturing of convection coils in Iran for fired heaters & furnaces. Reformers and heaters are heart of refinery & petrochemical plants and convections section is one of the major parts in furnaces which shall be designed and manufactured for long life without undue expense. The flue gases from the radiant section are pulled across horizontal tubes of the convection section by an induced draft fan. The main parts of convection modules are bare/finned pipes and cast tube supports. Pipes are finned by welded fins or studs by high frequency electric resistance welding with no additional weld material for a very efficient heat flow and resistance to corrosion. With taking into account the high temperature and high pressure service of convection coils, FSK has the capability to design and fabricate the convection coils with wide range of materials from carbon steel to incoloy.
Double Pipe Heat Exchangers
- There is a capability in FSK to design and fabricate different types of double pipe heat exchangers comprised of single inner tube (1/1 double pipe heat exchanger) and multi tube types. Utilizing the software's and precise finite element methods, FSK designs these type of heat exchangers from thermal as well as mechanical view points.
Flare Systems
- The flare is the main and most critical part of an emergency process relief system. The purpose of a flare system is to safely dispose of waste gases from a process and to oxidize them into less harmful substances especially where the wastes are toxic or corrosive. For flare system, FSK is exclusively jointed with SAMIA s.r.I for design and fabrication of flare system in Iran. Design, fabrication and inspection of flare systems are performed by both parties. Established in 1951, SAMIA is a reputed company for supply of combustion equipment in worldwide. Supporting by SAMIA, FSK could accomplish design and supply of wide range of flare system including: [l]Cold Flares (Vent Stacks) and relevant Firefighting System [/l] [l]Elevated Flares Self Supported, Guy Wired or with Derrick Structure[/l] [l]Flare Tips also with Smoke Suppression System by Steam or Air[/l] [l]Ground Flares up to 40 t/h[/l] [l]Horizontal Pit Flares[/l] [l]All Ignition and Control Systems.[/l]
Finned Tubes
- [b][cb]F.S.K[/cb][/b] ' s Extruded finned tube is formed from a bi-metallic tube consisting of an aluminum outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material. The fin is formed by rolling material from the outside of the exterior tube to give an integral fin with excellent heat transfer properties and longevity. This type of finned tube offers excellent corrosion protection of the base tube. Maximum operating temperature for this fin type is around [b][cb]300°C[/cb][/b].
