Pressure Vessel

A pressure vessel is a container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure, these kinds of equipment are designed according to ASME standards. Pressure vessel design, manufacture, and operation are regulated by engineering authorities. For these reasons, the definition of a pressure vessel varies from country to country, but involves parameters such as maximum safe operating pressure and temperature, are designed by safety factors, corrosion allowance and other design conditions.

FSK‘s experts on design and fabrication of pressure vessels are following the ASME standards accurately for improving service life of pressure vessels. Some FSK’s products are including pressure vessels, Towers and Heavy reactors that have been produced with rolled cylinders, nozzle pipes, girth flanges and so forth, therefore a lot of facilities are ready for fabricating every type of pressure vessels including: high thickness rolling up to 250 mm, large hemispherical and elliptical heads and conical parts.

FSK’s designer are able to optimize their design lead to decrease materials consumption, thicknesses and also increasing qualities based on ASME codes.
