A heat exchanger is a piece of equipment built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. The media may be separated by a solid wall, so that they never mix, or they may be in direct contact.

Shell & tube heat exchangers consist of a series of tubes. One set of these tubes contains the fluid that must be either heated or cooled. The second fluid runs over the tubes that are being heated or cooled so that it can either provide the heat or absorb the heat required. A set of tubes is called the tube bundle and can be made up of several types of tubes: plain, longitudinally finned, etc.

We have extensive experience in designing and fabrication of shell and tube Heat Exchangers in all TEMA configurations, from single pass to multi-pass, “U” tube configurations and with or without removable bundles. We have also built lots of custom-designed heat exchangers that are categorized as non-TEMA type configurations manufactured in accordance with ASME Code.

Designs meets all the requirements of special specifications of Heat Exchangers, as well as specialty units for thermal expansion, pressure drop, nozzle, and piping loads, tube vibration, and lethal service applications. Our heat exchangers are widely used in heating, refrigeration, power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural gas processing and any other services.
